Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver seamless, coordinated care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
  • Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
  • Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Requirements
  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
  • State licensed in Washington, D.C., obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Washington, D.C. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $211,000 to $225,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
