Job Summary:

The Stefanini Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Sanitation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining Sanitation and Pest Control records and ensuring that our programs are compliant with corporate QP's and Sanitation policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Sanitation and Pest Control records and ensure compliance with corporate policies
Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective sanitation tasks
Work with key partners to ensure food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process, and product specifications
Provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts
Lead the EHS department, including performance management, coaching, and employee development
Create a safe working environment for personnel working in sanitation
Ensure chemical storage and handling meets all requirements of The Company's Environmental, Health, and Safety program
Track and coordinate PIC/PEC activities for the factory
Maintain and review Master Sanitation Schedule annually
Act as a technical liaison between factory personnel, sanitation chemical supplier, Corporate Sanitation, and third-party sanitation provider

Requirements:

Scientific grounding in food safety science
Passion and desire for technical area and a continuous improvement mentality
Project Management skills
Analytical and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur)
Verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong customer service skills for internal and external customers

Experience:

Leading People
Quality and Sanitation Experience
Manufacturing experience

Education:

High school diploma or GED (Required)
Bachelor's degree in science/food sanitation (preferred)
