Essential Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, with a strong foundation in control systems.
  • Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and designation as an Engineer in Training.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in power plant and industrial control systems.
  • Proficient in power or industrial controls, with a solid understanding of instrumentation and controls engineering applications.
  • Experience in creating and interpreting logic diagrams and control narratives.
  • Familiarity with design techniques and tools for producing technical plans and models.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Access.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience with DCS, TCS, and/or PLC programming.
  • Fieldwork experience related to control system upgrades and commissioning.
