Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Small Format Team Leader to join our team at Target. As a Small Format Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales growth in our smallest format stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing and signing on the sales floor
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
