Job SummaryWe're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our Small Format team. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests, observing their needs, and engaging with them in a genuine way. You'll be knowledgeable about our products and services, and able to solve issues for our guests. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store, including emptying garbage cans, attending to restroom cleanliness, and collecting carts.
Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience for our guests
- Observe and engage with guests to understand their needs
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
