ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support students in a public school setting.

• Assist teachers with supervision, activities, and student needs.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
• Assist with behavioral management and support a positive classroom environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to varying needs and work effectively in a team environment.

• Hourly Rate: $17-25 (dependent on experience and school district budget).
