Business Account Executive
The Business Account Executive role is primarily office-based, with daily travel within the designated territory. This position is crucial for executing all sales-related functions, which encompass forecasting, soliciting, and securing orders from both potential and existing business clients. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and preparing necessary periodic reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Proven experience in D2D and B2B sales is essential**
Acquires orders from current and prospective clients through on-site visits or phone communications Identifies opportunities to submit quotes based on customer needs Follows up on submitted quotations through calls or visits Develops professional relationships with key personnel in customer organizations (such as purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and management) Submits weekly reports detailing customer-related activities, including quotes, orders, and any issues Executes all assigned responsibilities within the designated sales territory Provides weekly reports on lost business Delivers a monthly sales forecast for the territory Spends a minimum of 85% of working hours visiting clients or potential clients Operates with minimal supervision while performing assigned duties The role may require travel to different markets to secure orders from potential or existing clients. Responsibilities may shift as necessary to meet the objectives of Metronet.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales Demonstrated success in sales Ambition for uncapped earning potential with a commission structure of 75% Completion of all training courses offered by Metronet or passing proficiency assessments is required Understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and product demonstrations A background in technical or telecommunications fields is advantageousBenefits:
