Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of customer-enhancing value propositions to advance customer loyalty and retention.
- Drive innovation and leadership in digital and analytical tools, automation, sustainability footprint, and end-to-end supply chain design.
- Create and foster a high-performance culture, focused on engagement, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and a sense of urgency.
- Coordinate planning and execution of the global supply chain, including managing systems and processes to enable plan and schedule adjustments while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead the sales and operations planning process, including managing systems and processes to enable plan and schedule adjustments while ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with operations, commercial, logistics, and finance to maximize revenue and earnings and minimize cost to serve during all market cycles.
- Direct the global trade and customs team to ensure compliance with regulatory policies of export, transfer pricing, and duties assessment and management.
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading in a global supply chain organization.
- Supply Chain Management Professional Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in a supply chain or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams, integrating development of internal capabilities and bringing in external perspectives.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Understanding in business economics and network modeling desired.
- Proven knowledge in developing and leading an enterprise-wide S&OP process.
