Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.
The focus of this role is to give quotes, close leads, and retain relationships.
The successful candidate will advise clients on the benefits of various policies and tailor insurance packages to meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in an inside sales environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Track client data through Salesforce CRM system and engage with pre-qualified prospects.
- Utilize Goosehead's sales management platform to build a book of business.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales or the insurance industry.
- Expertise in the sales process and client management.
- General Lines License (preferred).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
