Job Summary

As an Office Representative at State Farm Insurance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes assisting with insurance needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide personalized support
  • Process insurance policy changes and updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and process insurance quotes and applications, collaborating with team members as needed
  • Promote and cross-sell insurance products and services, driving business growth and revenue
  • Assist with claims processing and follow-up, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations, applying knowledge to improve customer service and business outcomes

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
