Business Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Insurance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and identify customer needs.
- Market appropriate products and services to potential customers, and schedule appointments.
- A competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure.
- Opportunities for growth and advancement within our agency.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- A strong understanding of the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers and obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses.
