Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exchange Server specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Exchange 2016 or higher servers, with experience in Multi-Node DAGs across multiple data centers and Clustering in a large Exchange environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Exchange operationally, utilizing SCOM for monitoring and providing on-call availability and flexibility.
  • Troubleshoot root cause Exchange mail flow issues for multiple client environments.
  • Take ownership of initiatives and issues through completion.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment via Skype, WebEx, or Teams.
  • Communicate effectively with LOBs, clients, and tech-savvy stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience with Exchange 2016 or higher servers.
  • Experience with Multi-Node DAGs across multiple data centers and Clustering in a large Exchange environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide daily productive results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL certification and in-depth understanding of ITIL principles, functions, and processes.
  • Server, storage, and network experience.
  • Automation skills to reduce manual activities.
