Dishware Specialist

At Olde Mecklenburg Brewery LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Culinary Team as a Dishware Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen equipment and dishes.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-volume food establishment and possess knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. You must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers, stand for long periods, transport up to 50 pounds, and work calmly under pressure.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $13-$17 per hour, depending on qualifications. In addition to base pay, you can expect to receive tips averaging $2-$5 per hour.
