Position Overview:

As a vital member of SMI IMAGING LLC, the MRI Imaging Technician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services. Our organization is dedicated to enhancing patient care through advanced technology and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment to capture diagnostic images.
  • Demonstrate expertise in MRI procedures and technology.
  • Utilize imaging techniques effectively while managing patient data and ensuring image quality.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of imaging studies and patient interactions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
  • Exhibit creativity and problem-solving skills in various tasks related to imaging.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while performing job-related skills tailored to diverse patient populations.

Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification:
  • Current registration as an MRI Technologist by the A.R.R.T. or ARMRIT.
  • CPR certification is required.
Experience:
  • A minimum of one year in a fast-paced MRI setting is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
This role may involve lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, prolonged periods of sitting, and frequent standing and walking.

Dress Code:
Business casual attire or scrubs, depending on departmental requirements.
