The Guest Services Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide safe and efficient service to all patients.
  2. Manage operations at the Information Desk to enhance customer service experiences.
  3. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from patients and visitors, both in person and via phone.
  4. Assist in locating appropriate medical professionals and services within the facility.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date directory of patient information, contact numbers, maps, and departmental locations.
  6. Offer assistance to patients and visitors requiring mobility support.
  7. Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  8. Collaborate with volunteers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Address visitor requests related to various services, including transportation and parking.
  10. Monitor and report facility conditions to the relevant departments.
  11. Keep the information desk organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
  12. Participate in mandatory meetings and adhere to established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligibility as a Notary Public.
  • Strong oral communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual abilities.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of written communication.
