About the Role

Synack is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on Synack's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs and drive business results
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical account management, technical project management, or customer success in the cybersecurity industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity and vulnerability management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
