Cybersecurity Manager Job Description

US Anesthesia Partners is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the development, assessment, and tracking of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years of managing or leading GRC or IT Compliance programs. A professional-level certification in a related subject area, such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance, risk management, policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities and gaps in compliance.
  • Coordinate and facilitate audits, assessments, and compliance reviews conducted by external auditors or regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards and ensure that cybersecurity programs are updated accordingly.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to governance, risk, and compliance activities to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years IT experience with at least 4 years managing or leading GRC or IT Compliance programs.
  • At least one professional-level certification in a related subject area, such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
