Job Summary:
As an Apprentice at Agency, you'll bridge the gap between technology, customers, and internal business operations.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and account management through business and IT processes.
This is a paid entry-level apprenticeship role that culminates in a salaried junior role as an Account Manager.
No cybersecurity experience is required - we'll teach you everything you need to know and help you get industry-recognized certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Team Members:
Work under the guidance of senior team members and gain hands-on experience with a high-growth cybersecurity team.
Customer Service:
Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients
Account Management:
Provide exceptional account support to our business clients and key contacts
Project Support:
Serve as a liaison between teams and provide support for projects
Learn about cybersecurity and gain industry-leading certifications
This is an excellent entry point into the tech and cybersecurity industry.
In this role, you'll gain a foundational understanding of how elite teams operate and develop skills in areas such as tech sales, IT support, cybersecurity, and compliance.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
or 4 years of equivalent work experience in business operations or client-facing customer service
Excellent written communication skills.
Eagerness to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (but not required): past internships or experience in technology or software companies
NO CYBERSECURITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This role is full-time, in-person, in our New York City office.
