Position Overview

As a vital member of the Aviation Operations team, the Aviation Operations Pilot is responsible for providing safe, dependable, and adaptable transportation for all passengers utilizing corporate aircraft. This role involves extensive coordination with passengers, fellow flight crew members, flight scheduling, and maintenance teams. The pilot is accountable for the secure and efficient execution of all assigned flights, ensuring sound judgment is consistently applied.

Team Dynamics

Being an essential part of the Aviation Operations team, the pilot group manages corporate shuttle services between various company locations, as well as on-demand flights as required. Our department is recognized by stakeholders, clients, and business partners as the premier solution for intricate transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers
  • Confirm trip details prior to departure
  • Adhere to schedules and directives governing aircraft operations
  • Ensure all flight-planning requirements are fulfilled
  • Operate the aircraft in accordance with standard operating procedures and within aircraft limitations
  • Engage in the Safety Management System
  • Maintain currency and proficiency in assigned aircraft
Minimum Requirements
  • Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • First Class FAA Medical Certificate
  • Ability to reside within a reasonable distance from the primary job location
  • A minimum of 3000 hours of flight time, with 2000 hours as pilot in command
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and standby days as dictated by the flight schedule
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating in major metropolitan airspace
  • AW-139 type rating
  • Strong understanding of VFR helicopter routes and rotary wing IFR experience
  • Experience within a corporate flight department
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree (highly desirable)
