Job Title: Customer Advocate II

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocate II to join our team at W3R Consulting. As a Customer Advocate II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a healthcare setting.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills.
