Clinical Nurse III: D4N: Medical Cardiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse III to join our Medical Cardiac Hospitalist team at Albany Medical Center. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive plan of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, coordinate, and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient conditions
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel to maintain standards of professional nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of New York
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a medical/surgical or cardiac unit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive hourly rate: $36.73 - $60.93
