As a pivotal leader in our GIS field service division, you will oversee a dedicated team of Service Engineers and Technicians, driving the execution of our Service Strategy and fostering growth by delivering exceptional, timely, and cost-efficient service solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and mentoring a skilled team of field service professionals.
  • Coordinating resource allocation and planning to optimize service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service management.

Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions regarding the installation, modification, and repair of equipment at their locations. You will report directly to the Field Operations Manager, ensuring that all service activities align with our high standards of quality and safety.
