Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling guest mail and messages, and developing a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, and amenities.
- Take reservation requests efficiently and answer switchboard calls in accordance with proper telephone etiquette.
- Block rooms and handle special requests, while monitoring room availability and offering assistance in yield management and restrictions.
- Keep the lobby and desk area clean and presentable, and have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
