Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the entire plant is thoroughly cleaned on time and approved by the USDA for production operations. The Sanitation Supervisor will oversee plant-wide cleaning activities and manage a team of sanitation employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sanitation duties and ensure job completion on time and to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate hourly personnel records and ensure safe operation of the sanitation shift.
  • Communicate effectively with plant and USDA personnel regarding sanitation issues and concerns.
  • Inventory and manage sanitation-related products and maintain a sanitation budget.
  • Ensure all sanitation employees follow established cleaning procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous management experience in a food or poultry processing facility.
  • Directly related work experience will be accepted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of educational requirements.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
