Job Description

CDS Monarch, Inc. is a leading provider of services for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential accounts, including rent, personal allowance, and cable transfers.
  • Process fund requests and reconcile alpha accounts and consumer checking accounts monthly.
  • Assist with HUD re-certifications and prepare for audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field, or 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Access, with ability to work independently and motivate others.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
