Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Mission Health. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in obtaining high-quality images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners to obtain images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of pathologies.
  • Exercise professional judgment in the performance of services and maintain a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
  • Demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of non-imaging procedures/skills for all age groups served.
  • Perform procedures efficiently and according to the protocol for radiologic interpretation.
  • Lift patients or assist in lifting them on and off the exam table to position for procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology Program.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) required.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology (MRI) or registry eligible.
  • Current state licensure as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in MRI preferred.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
