Position Overview:
The Quality Control Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and longevity of process materials through effective quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Map existing processes for the recertification and extension of shelf life for process materials.
- Develop and implement standardized procedures for recertifying and extending the shelf life of materials.

Essential Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is required.
- A degree in a relevant technical field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Previous experience with quality assurance in relation to shelf-life process materials is essential.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset to identify potential quality issues promptly.
- Ability to think critically and analyze data logically.
- Proven teamwork abilities to foster collaboration and share insights.

Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with various types of process materials and their lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action techniques.
- Proficiency in process mapping and quality control tools.
