Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Trios Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacist services, including verifying orders and writing orders based on established protocols.
- Collaborate with other clinicians, such as nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide consultation and patient education to patients and their families.
- Coordinate and closely review activities of pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient operations in accordance with federal and state regulations and hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy required.
- Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served in Pharmacy.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years recent hospital pharmacy experience preferred, new graduates welcome.
- Keyboarding skills preferred.
- Required License: Must have/obtain a current Washington State Pharmacist License or license eligible.
- Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
