Client Support
– Foster confidence and trust in clients through competent and caring interactions. Provide personal hygiene and daily living assistance in accordance with the clients' needs. This may involve toileting, bathing, and supporting clients during showers. Assist with meal provision as necessary. Help clients with mobility, positioning, and turning as required.
Effective Communication and Problem-Solving skills.
Maintain accurate client care records and document services rendered.
Health Monitoring
– Assess vital signs and weight. Conduct glucose and urine testing, as well as specimen collection. Apply non-sterile dressings as needed.
Professional Growth
– Stay updated with any specialized training and, if relevant, perform additional tasks specific to the assigned client or area.
Qualifications:
Completion of a nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
Exceptional customer service abilities
Delegation Certificate
Current CPR Certification
Food Handler Certification
Valid Driver's License/Insurance with a clean driving record
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary
