About the Role

As a Practice Liaison at US Fertility, you will play a critical role in growing new patient volume by maintaining and enhancing current provider relationships, developing new referring provider relationships, leveraging industry partners, and increasing overall brand awareness for the practice's region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence and Planning: Utilize market and competitive intelligence, as well as internal data, to create a territory marketing plan (updated bi-annually) to achieve goals and manage field regional budget.
  • Competitive Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Drive annual regional competitive analysis and pricing analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provider Relationship Management: Routinely connect with OBGYNs and other referring providers through office calls, luncheons, open house events, and meetings to build strong relationships.
  • Customized Messaging and Strategy: Tailor messaging and strategy based on IVF service differentiators, knowledge of the territory, and evolving market factors to effectively communicate with providers.
  • Education and Training: Organize and manage educational opportunities (i.e., webinars, seminars) for referring providers and potential patients to enhance their knowledge and understanding of US Fertility's services.
  • Account Management and Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records and contact information for each provider account in Salesforce and monitor referral volume daily to tailor strategy and prioritize activity based on results.
  • Industry Partnerships: Leverage industry partners to enhance referrals, expand reach, and grow brand awareness.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to design and deliver region-specific provider collateral tailored to region needs.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Deliver weekly activity reports, monthly territory and expense reports, and present referral results and trending at quarterly director/physician meetings.
  • Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
