Your Role:

We are looking for a Sales Director who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and performance analysis. This position requires a leader who can set ambitious sales targets, analyze historical data, and forecast future sales trends. You will be responsible for not only meeting but exceeding individual revenue goals and sales quotas, while also expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales growth and meet established targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to broaden the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
  • Identify new market opportunities and adapt to market changes.
  • Oversee sales management efforts related to marketing EBTH's services to current and potential clients.
  • Establish outbound calling targets and manage frequency.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and utilizing CRM systems to track leads and team activities.
  • Address escalated issues as they arise.
  • Ensure high-quality service for all seller-related inquiries.
  • Work with marketing on new initiatives, including promotions and email campaigns.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Team Leadership:

As a people manager, you will provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring a strong talent pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Conducting orientation and training for new hires.
  • Managing time-off requests and approving timecards.
  • Recommending promotions, salary adjustments, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
  • Conducting annual performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful direct sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of leadership or management experience in sales.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Experience in motivating and uniting sales teams under a common vision.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and a positive attitude.
