Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Oversee the scheduling of service engineers and administrative personnel to coordinate robot maintenance and new project activities for robot installations in the US and Canada. Manage human resources tasks such as bonus definition, goal setting, and promoting collaboration within the welding team.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead sales efforts to market arc welding robots and turnkey systems in the USA and Canada through personal sales initiatives and integrators partnerships. Grow customer base in general and automotive industries, and support system integrators to expand their business and contribute to Panasonic's presence in the metal fabrication segment.
  • Operations and Logistics: Control and manage parts, equipment inventory, and other assets essential for Panasonic Welding Business operations, ensuring team compliance with defined processes.
  • Management and Leadership: Directly supervise service and sales personnel, project managers, and collaborate with the Panamex PCONA Mexico team for welding activities. Responsible for achieving annual budget targets and reporting to the director of PCONA PA division.

Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking: Utilize market data for trend analysis to drive strategic changes, adept at identifying and resolving business and technical issues independently while prioritizing customer and company interests.

Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in capital equipment. Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics, arc welding, or capital equipment. Possess strong presentation and strategic skills for leading marketing discussions, focusing on customer experience and investment prioritization.
