Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Early Childhood Special Education Instructor to join our team at Village Care Family Services Inc. This role involves working with a diverse group of children aged 3 to 5 years in various settings, including homes and early learning centers.

Sign-On Bonus: $500

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to children
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to provide support
  • Collaborate with educators to implement effective interventions
  • Coordinate with service coordinators and team members
  • Develop and document individualized IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions and manage caseloads using a user-friendly software platform

Qualifications:
  1. Must possess a PDE instructional certificate in Grades Pre-Kindergarten-4, Special Education PK-8 OR hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in early intervention, early childhood special education, early childhood education, child development, special education, or elementary education while pursuing relevant certification.
  • If pursuing certification, candidates are required to obtain it within two years of hire.
