Position Summary:
JCS Solutions LLC is in search of a Senior Project Manager to enhance our dynamic team, focusing on a Department of Defense initiative within the National Capital Region (NCR). This role presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced collaborative setting, with significant potential for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update personnel contact lists and staffing schedules.
  • Contribute to the development of the Concept of Operations and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Drive continuous improvements in people, processes, and technology.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, training, and validation of internal processes.
  • Facilitate collaboration within the central point of contact repository.
  • Provide support to the contractor (Leidos) Program Management Office (PMO) as required.
  • Assist with the Cyber Security Center Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) Portal.
  • Contribute to weekly stability and resiliency updates.
  • Support PHISH Task Order deliverables.
  • Regularly coordinate and present project status reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with current cybersecurity technologies and emerging capabilities.
  • Expertise in identifying improvement areas, critical dependencies, and process enhancements to achieve effective and sustainable outcomes.
  • PMP Certification.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant professional experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Knowledge of incident handling procedures and Service Now.
  • Certifications that meet DoD-8570 IAT Level I requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Project/Visio.
  • Proven project management experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
