The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
This position involves a range of responsibilities, including:
- Providing top-notch customer service and resolving guest complaints in a professional manner
- Managing front desk operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and cash handling
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
- Performing daily tasks, such as opening and closing shifts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
