Job Overview
Front Office Sports is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Integrated Marketing to join our team. This key role will play a crucial part in planning, activating, and executing partner campaigns across the entire Front Office Sports ecosystem.

About the Role
As a Director of Integrated Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional departments, including Account Management, Creative Strategy, and Sales, to lead the execution of day-to-day marketing operations related to brand partner campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive meaningful engagement and results.

Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Regional Pods to lead marketing strategy for partner campaigns, including production briefs, content programming, paid social, advertising, and more
* Manage talent procurement and handling for partner campaigns
* Support third-party vendors in planning and executing custom content campaigns
* Lead internal and external feedback processes on creative output to ensure brand and partner standards are met
* Communicate campaign activation and production responsibilities to clients
* Work with Account Management, Audience, and AdOps teams to maximize campaign performance across digital channels

Requirements
* 5-7 years of experience at a media agency or digital-first publisher; knowledge of sports and business a plus
* Understanding of relevant media platforms, branded, sponsored, and original content
* Strong organizational skills, with ability to project manage and produce work while collaborating across teams
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to distill complex information into easily digestible form
* Experience managing client expectations and internal teams, including multiple stakeholders
* Proven ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
