Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Concierge) plays a vital role in our practice, serving as the first point of contact for patients and prospective patients. This position requires a professional and friendly demeanor, with the ability to connect with individuals on a personal level to instill trust and confidence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients to the practice and answering phone calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Managing the clinic schedule and patient appointments, ensuring adherence to company policy
- Creating, maintaining, and filing medical records
- Maintaining a clean and organized practice environment, reporting stock shortages to management
- Contributing to a positive work environment and assisting in daily operations as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in front desk or administrative support, interfacing with clients, patients, or vendors
- Experience with scheduling tools, patient charts, and complex filing systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor and presentation
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in G-Suite for Email, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs
- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to self-motivate as a team player
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
