We are in search of a proficient and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineering Supervisor. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in mechanical engineering, demonstrating a history of successfully guiding projects and teams. In this role, you will be accountable for directing the design, development, and execution of mechanical systems and products, ensuring they adhere to our stringent standards for performance, reliability, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the mechanical engineering division in the creation and advancement of cutting-edge mechanical systems and products.
  • Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial concept to production and testing.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including electrical engineering, software development, and manufacturing, to ensure cohesive integration of mechanical components.
  • Perform comprehensive engineering analyses and simulations to validate designs and guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members, providing technical expertise.
  • Identify and execute process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and related technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a capacity for critical and creative thinking.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
