Position Titles: Senior Mechanical Engineer, Lead Mechanical Engineer

Role Summary: As a Mechanical Engineer, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and develop automation systems for various equipment types. Key responsibilities include creating equipment designs and layouts for robotic work cells.

Career Opportunities:

  • Senior Mechanical Engineer: Oversee larger projects, liaise with clients, and mentor team members.
  • Lead Mechanical Engineer: Supervise multiple projects, interact with clients, and support team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineer automated robotic work cells utilizing SolidWorks CAD software.
  • Lead project initiatives, track design schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct mechanical design evaluations and deliver presentations to internal teams and clients.
  • Engage with suppliers, manage client relationships, and provide guidance to junior engineers.
  • Establish best practices for the Mechanical Design department and assist assembly teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing automated machinery.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software, particularly SolidWorks.
  • Understanding of automated assembly processes; welding experience is advantageous.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000

Additional Benefits: Overtime compensation, performance bonuses, and employee referral rewards.
