Insurance Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer service team as an Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes. You will also provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services, process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations, handle billing and payment inquiries, and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services.
- Process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle billing and payment inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
