Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing existing policies, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, courteous service to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products
- Process transactions, including accepting payments and resolving customer inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent required

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
