Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing and Planning
- Formulate and implement comprehensive, research-driven marketing strategies to enhance asset value, boost sales, and generate revenue.
- Oversee and adjust marketing budgets and revenue targets to align with year-end projections.
- Craft a strategic public relations and media approach, coordinating ongoing research to support marketing and leasing initiatives.
Event and Promotion Management
- Design and execute center events and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and tenant sales.
- Manage media purchases, promotional content creation, and performance evaluation of promotional initiatives.
- Identify and recommend suitable events for center participation and sponsorship.
Tenant and Community Relations
- Establish and nurture relationships with store managers to maximize foot traffic, sales, and visibility.
- Implement cross-promotional opportunities for tenants to enhance sales.
- Maintain connections with community organizations and coordinate community engagement programs.
Digital Marketing and Communication
- Lead the strategic direction for the center's website and digital platforms, ensuring optimization and user-friendly experiences.
- Analyze digital metrics and strategically enhance the effectiveness of digital content.
- Collaborate on social media content and digital marketing initiatives to effectively promote the center and its retailers.
Leadership and Team Development
- Supervise and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, establishing measurable objectives and providing ongoing coaching and career development feedback.
- Ensure leasing materials are current and accurate, working closely with the Leasing and Ownership Team.
- Oversee the procurement and development of programs involving external consultants, such as PR firms and advertising agencies.
Market and Sales Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand retail sales performance and monitor key retailer and category trends.
- Review monthly sales reports and adapt marketing strategies based on sales performance insights.
- Stay informed about competitive properties and market demographics.
Business Development
- Identify and cultivate local, regional, and national clients for advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- Create and update business development materials, including custom presentations and demographic research.
- Manage the execution of business development initiatives and activations in common areas.
