Job Title: Floor Leader

Job Summary:

The Floor Leader is a key member of our treatment team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our program. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and support to medical associates and other team members
  • Train new staff and ensure proper training of company policy and protocols
  • Monitor clients and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Pass medications and count medications as required
  • Take daily vitals and ensure clients are within normal limits
  • Conduct intakes with new clients and welcome new families
  • Facilitate, monitor, and document client phone privileges
  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Some supervisory experience a plus
  • Some direct experience with adolescents preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to cope constructively with stressful situations
