KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and team members.
- Serve as the primary EMT-certified Security Officer, providing essential medical assistance, including first aid, CPR, and AED usage.
- Act as a liaison with emergency medical services, fire departments, and law enforcement during critical situations.
- Ensure the safety and security of the casino premises through regular patrols and monitoring.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and any special needs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Oversee the boarding and disembarking of guests, maintaining order and safety.
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas, adhering to company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid and current EMT certification is required.
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
- Ability to engage with guests and create a lively environment.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a related field is preferred.
- Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and moving items up to 25 lbs.
