Job Title: Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at The Hatch Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine equipment checks and maintenance, loading and unloading equipment, and ensuring all trucks and equipment are performing to their highest capabilities and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and assembling machines or mechanical components according to requirements
  • Identifying faults and troubleshooting equipment as required
  • Conducting repairs aiming for maximum reliability
  • Inspecting machines, engines, transmissions, etc. and running diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
  • Keeping logs of work and reporting on issues
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical, and other systems and their components
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instructions, blueprints, etc.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to get the job done

Schedule: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, Weekend availability
