Are you an organized and detail-focused individual with experience in legal document preparation and court filing procedures? We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Assistant to join our team.

Job Description

In this role, you will assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of pleadings and other court papers, as well as perform cross-reference and defined terms checks.

You will also be responsible for coordinating cite-checking, updating attorney and case/deal team binders, and providing calendar management services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of litigation experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of pleadings and other court papers
  • Perform cross-reference and defined terms checks
  • Coordinate cite-checking
  • Update attorney and case/deal team binders
  • Provide calendar management services

Estimated Salary: $130K - $160K per year, depending on experience.
