Gpac has partnered with a reputable heavy equipment dealer to offer a full-time 40 hours per week position with opportunities for overtime available. This role comes with a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(K) with a company match, annual bonus opportunities, a long-term profit-sharing plan, and paid time off. A company-owned service truck will be provided for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair customer and company-owned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, diesel, hydraulic, and electrical issues, and communicate effectively with Service Managers and OEM Representatives to resolve repair issues efficiently.
- Document the repair process and parts needed in the work order, and follow up with customers to ensure their machines are working properly post-repair.
- 2-5 years of Crane Technician experience or a 2-year technical degree.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid Class D w/ chauffeur's endorsement, CDL, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Overnight travel is probable in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 per hour
