Heavy Duty Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ALL Crane Rental of Tennessee, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our crane and heavy duty truck fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues with cranes, heavy duty trucks, and trailers.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Prepare detailed documentation of maintenance activities.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.
Requirements:
- Formal diesel engine and equipment training.
- Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Basic set of mechanic's hand tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
