Heavy Equipment Component Specialist

As a Heavy Equipment Component Technician at Stowers Machinery Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our heavy equipment fleet. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations.

- Recognize the significance of various aspects of the job, particularly in areas such as component reusability, and communicate these findings to supervisors or team leads.
- Maintain a strong interest in your work and continuously improve your skills and knowledge in heavy equipment component mechanics.
- Possess advanced knowledge of diagnostic equipment and repair procedures, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning.
- Acquire and maintain the specialized tools and equipment required for this role.
- Ensure the responsible handling and storage of tools and equipment and maintain a comprehensive record of employee-owned tools, including photos and cost documentation.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience or completion of a technical school program specializing in heavy equipment component mechanics.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to successfully pass a physical examination and drug screening.
