  • Maintain a strong interest in your work and continuously improve your skills and knowledge in heavy equipment component mechanics.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of diagnostic equipment and repair procedures, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Acquire and maintain the specialized tools and equipment required for this role.
  • Ensure the responsible handling and storage of tools and equipment and maintain a comprehensive record of employee-owned tools, including photos and cost documentation.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of one year of hands-on experience or completion of a technical school program specializing in heavy equipment component mechanics.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully pass a physical examination and drug screening.
